Refund and Returns Policy
At Edge & Strands, we are committed to providing premium salon services and high-quality hair and skin care products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
1️⃣ Salon Services & Appointment Bookings
Appointments booked online through our website are non-refundable once the service is availed.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
In case of advance payments, eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.
2️⃣ Online Product Purchases (Hair & Skin Care Products)
Products purchased through our website are eligible for return or replacement only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or used hair and skin care products
Personal care and hygiene products
Gift cards or promotional offers
Discounted or sale items
4️⃣ Refund Process
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
5️⃣ Exchanges
We only replace products if they are damaged or defective.
